Does what we wanted it to do.Seller/maker responded INCREDIBLY quickly to my questions (I messaged at like 9pm at night and got a response almost immediately), and the product was shipped faster than I expected. We have a washer dryer closet with bizarre dimensions that will not fit any pre-fab drip pan, but we have nice wood floors and really wanted to protect them. This custom sized drip pan came quickly and fits the space perfectly. We also got a 2 inch depth instead of 1 inch depth which we are happy about. Thanks!Arrived scratched. Label says it’s for a refrigerator. Our new washer is being installed Monday, and I need the pan. Otherwise, I would return it.I liked the size (28 x 28 - fits machines nicely) and the fact that it has folded over edges, but that is about it. This tray is very flimsy. I didn't measure the hole ID, but it's very small. Probably about the size of a pencil - if that. Let me put it this way: with that size hole, this tray will overflow with any significant water leak from a washer or dryer (steam version). These trays end up with all kinds of lint and "stuff" in them. So picture water pouring out of your machine and it trying to get through this tiny little hole. Then it just clogs up with lint and junk. Game over. Your house it going to flood. If you buy this tray, plan on putting in a much larger drain!! Check out the Marada 32"x30" tray. It's nice, thick, stainless steel that is not flimsy. Little more money, but way worth it for it's strength.I purchased these pans the package came and it was beat all to heck. The pans ended up not being what we needed, so I returned them both. I was only credited for one pan. Amazon, what happened?Product as described, for the most part. One note, the drain outlet on mine was 3/8”. I purchased a 1/4” ID drain tube to go over it as the drawings state it is 1/4”. I had to reorder and get a 3/8” ID hose.Lip was slightly crimped/bent on one side.Product used as drain pan for washing machine. Very poor quality, material is extremely thin & fragile(could easily bend during installation). The hose adapter is a extremely small if there’s an overflow adapter would be useless. Not worth the price paid. Doesn’t look new, appeared used. Wanted to return but couldn’t find that size online.It's not exactly what i needed and he worked with me until we got it right. I really appreciate it.
