I love my Evernew titanium cooking pan. It is very light-weight and easy to incorporate into my cooking supplies for hiking.I use it to cook quesadillas, grilled cheese, eggs and many other things while camping. The 7.28 inch size is perfect for this.One complaint I have read is of items burning. The pan does heat up very quickly. If it gets too hot, I merely pick it up and hold it above the flame. The padded pot holder keeps my hands from getting hot.Overall, this is an excellent pan, a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
